Lisa Bryan-Brown is an independent curator and freelance writer, who has curated group exhibitions for organisations including Spiro Grace Art Rooms, Level ARI, and The Laundry Artspace. Her journalism has appeared in Art Monthly Australasia and Freerange Journal (New Zealand), and she has written catalogue essays for galleries including Sullivan + Strumpf Sydney and MetroArts Brisbane. Professionally, Bryan- Brown specialises in art collection management. Currently she works at QAGOMA as a Registration Assistant, and previously for Griffith University Art Museum as Collections Officer (Registration).
