Terms and Conditions of the Festive Fraser Coast Trail Competition
Method of entry: Contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enter Contestants must submit a valid entry form.
Only one entry per contestant is permitted.
Entries must be submitted by 3pm Wednesday 20 December 2017

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Eligibility limitations: Contestants have completed the entry form including six correct code words.
The prize winner will be selected by random draw at
11am Thursday 21 December 2017
. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by telephone and the prize can be collected from the Brolga Theatre during business hours or posted to the winners. The winners’ details will be posted on the Our Fraser Coast Facebook Site. All entrants acknowledge that the Fraser Coast Regional Council has the right to publicise and publish his/her name. Winners may be approached to appear in publicity articles promoting the Fraser Coast.
The Fraser Coast Regional Council is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise contact details provided by the winner. Fraser Coast Regional Council also takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released.
All entries become and remain the property of the Fraser Coast Regional Council.
