Enjoy relaxed conversation in the gallery with Regional Spotlight artist Colin Reaney as he guides us through topics covering the nature of object and culture of production.  From his experience in Regional Spotlight, Colin has surveyed the relationship between artist and object with queries behind the way artists handle their art, where they make it, the chances they get to make it, how they are going to let it out, and to whom. This opened up three main questions:

  • What the art object is;
  • How we know it;
  • What does it mean to know.

With that in mind, Colin invites you to an evening of discussion where participants are invited to discuss the following:
