From flag raising to community discussion and art exhibitions, the Fraser Coast is set to host a range of events to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2022.
Works by some of the best Fraser Coast artists will be unveiled at the 38th annual Hervey Bay Art Society exhibition opening at Gatakers Artspace in Maryborough on Friday June 17.
The works of Aboriginal artists connected to the Fraser Coast and an historic event that inspired national change are the subject of two new exhibitions opening at the Hervey Bay Regional Gallery.
