Volunteering at the Bond Store

Our volunteers play an important and integral role in sharing the story of Maryborough Customs Precinct and supporting the Bond Store.

The main aim of volunteers is to provide excellent customer service and facilitate the enjoyment of visitors to the attraction. Volunteers have been assisting with guest relations, special events, and other activities. Many enjoy the friendship and fun atmosphere that volunteering offers them.

Volunteers assist with:

Customer service and engagement
Event and special activities support
Educational and public programming

Volunteering is at your convenience – rostered to meet your schedule and lifestyle.

Our volunteers are provided with training and support from museum staff to learn new skills and broaden their knowledge. We support our volunteers in educating and entertaining our visitors.

The support of volunteers helps make The Bond Store a vibrant tourist attraction.
