Technology Sessions

Tech Help

Book one-on-one support to help you make the most of your technology. Tech Help appointments of up to 30 minutes are available at each of our library branches. Please let us know your device type and technology question at the time of booking so we are best positioned to assist you.

Bookings required.

Please note: This is basic tech service and while we are happy to assess and troubleshoot your technology questions. Restrictions apply around sensitive or inappropriate issues, virus removal, and advanced IT requests.

Tech Workshops

One-hour classes covering a range of topics are held at Hervey Bay and Maryborough Libraries.

Laptops or tablets are provided as required to follow along and develop new skills while the trainer guides you through the learning.

The Queensland Government Digital Access team is presenting an online safety talk at Maryborough Library on Online Safety and Queensland Digital Identity (QDI.
This session explains how QDI and good online safety habits to protect you from scams, identity theft, and cyber risks.

Queensland Government -Customer Service Assistance - Maryborough

The Queensland Government Digital Access Customer Service team is coming to provide regional Queenslanders with information and training on accessing Queensland Government services online.
This includes Online Applications and Online Payments, Disaster Preparedness and the Queensland Digital Licence.
