Linda Ronstadt’s career was blessed by not only talent, but by chance and location. Along the way, she ended up working with some of the biggest names in music, transforming many of their songs into her own.

Linda epitomized the LA music scene in the late 60s and 70s, along with artists like Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Jackson Browne, Joni Mitchell, Bonnie Raitt and James Taylor. They lived, hung out, wrote songs, and performed at all the iconic clubs in the Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles, California. It was a happening scene!

Linda’s path time and again has been forged in service of songs she wanted to sing, and authentic emotions she wanted to share. A consummately talented vocalist initially greeted in the record business as little more than just another pretty face, she moved effortlessly from folk-rock through to Southern California country rock as a solo artist to a hit-after-hit decade in the ’70s during which she became arguably the most important female singer in rock.

Featuring songs from Linda Ronstadt, The Eagles, Jackson Browne, Crosby, Nash, Stills, and Young, Bonnie Raitt, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, Crosby – Stills – Nash & Young, Warren Zevon and more.

Including some of the coolest Country, Rock and Folk tunes like You’re No Good, Different Drum, When Will I Be Loved, Poor Poor Pitiful Me, It’s So Easy, Blue Bayou, Desperado, Heatwave, Heart of Gold, Big Yellow Taxi, Angel from Montgomery, Running on Empty, You’ve Got A Friend and more. All lovingly performed by friends and musicians Simon Gardner (Good Morning Vietnam), Tommy Hynes (Good Morning Vietnam, Billy vs Elton), Brett Newman (Good Morning Vietnam, Sugarbag Blonde) and Melanie Evans.
