Upcoming film screenings

11 February: 23 Walks - A couple in their sixties get to know one another over the course of 23 dog walks. Set against the dramatic background of the changing seasons of one year. Rated M

18 February: Language is a Love Story - Miss Loiseau's class is unlike any other. Her adult students are recent immigrants: some of them refugees, most learning to read and write for the first time, all eager to study, find work, and raise their families in peace. Their stories of pain and hope converge in one big-hearted lesson.

11 March: Mary Queen of Scots - A biography of the doomed monarch whose devotion to her cousin Elizabeth I, and duty to her country was her demise. A queen who lost three kingdoms. A wife who lost three husbands. A woman who lost her head. Rated M.

18 March: My Australia - Poland, 1960's. 10-year-old Tadek and his brother are part of an anti-Semitic gang. But soon, their mother informs them they are, in fact, Jews - and moving to Israel. Hebrew/Polish Language. Rated M.
