Upcoming film screenings

13 May: Orlando.The story of a journey through time, of someone who lives for four hundred years, first as a man, then as a woman. Rated PG.

20 May: The Bicycle Thief.A harrowing portrait of loss and depravation in post-war Rome. Awarded an honorary Oscar for Best Foreign Film, and regularly voted one of the greatest films of all time. Rated M

10 June: #AnneFrank: Parallel Stories. Helen Mirren will introduce audiences to Anne Frank's story through the words in her diary. Rated M

17 June: The Man in the Hat. An astonishing feat of contemporary film-making, The Man in the Hat is a beautifully framed odyssey of music, story-telling and silent comedy traversing the breath-taking landscapes of France. Rated PG.

8 July: In the Shadow of the Moon. Bringing together for the first, and very possibly the last, time surviving crew members from every single Apollo mission which flew to the Moon, allowing them to tell their story in their own words. Rated PG.

15 July: Colourful & Impossible. A competitive puzzle tester working in Japan discovers a code he is unable to decipher which may be the cause to a global economic disaster. Rated M.
