Using Your Mind For Change - Hervey Bay
Next date: Thursday, 23 April 2026 | 04:00 PM
to 05:30 PM
If you or someone you care about knows what to do around food but still find yourself stuck in the same patterns, this workshop is for you.
In this session dietitian and master clinical hypnotherapist Bonnie Killip guides you to dive deep into understanding how your unconscious mind shapes your relationship with food and your body and why insight and willpower alone are rarely enough to create lasting change when it comes to the habits in our life (including our relationship with food). You’ll be introduced to what hypnosis is (and is not) and how hypnosis can be used as a gentle, evidence-informed tool to reduce internal conflict, overcome old blocks or learnings from the past, build safety, and support a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and your mind.
This workshop is not about fixing you or forcing change. It’s about understanding how your mind works and learning how to work with it rather than against it.
You’ll leave with:
- A clearer understanding of why food struggles persist despite effort.
- Insight into how hypnosis supports change at a deeper level.
- A guided experience of hypnosis in a safe and controlled environment.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who feels stuck in their relationship with food and is looking for a different, deeper more compassionate approach to change.
