Mother's Day Ceramic Decorating Workshop

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed and creative morning in the leafy courtyard at Gatakers Artspace. Treat Mum — or enjoy some well‑deserved time for yourself — with a hands‑on ceramic decorating experience complete with delicious morning tea.

Participants will decorate a handmade ceramic cup and saucer using ceramic underglazes, guided in a welcoming and supportive environment. There'll also be a selection of examples and reference images at hand to help spark ideas and help guide your creative choices if you'd like some inspiration.

After the workshop, your pieces will be clear glazed, kiln‑fired and be ready for collection, creating a lasting keepsake to treasure.

Whether you’re celebrating a special mum or creating something meaningful together, this gentle and enjoyable workshop is the perfect way to slow down, connect and create.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Gatakers Artspace cannot accept responsibility for any changes in personal circumstances. Missed workshops or change of mind are at your own expense.
If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following will apply:
The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at any time at no charge;
If notice is received 2 or less days from the scheduled starting date, a refund will not be offered.
If a workshop is cancelled by Gatakers Artspace a full refund or a reschedule will be provided. Gatakers Artspace will endeavour to advise participants of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to workshop.
