Join us for an Open Studio session to create alongside our featured guest artist Shanay Manitzky.

When: Saturday 31 January | 10am - 1pm
Where: Upstairs, Gatakers Artspace Studio, 311 Kent Street Maryborough

Enjoy a relaxed, friendly environment where you can:

Create alongside our featured artist
Work on your own projects (please bring your own materials)
Share ideas and cross-collaborate with other creatives
Create art in a supportive, inspiring space
Or just come along and enjoy a cuppa and a friendly chat

Kitchen facilities
Free, open space to create

Who can attend:

Whether you’re an individual artist, part of a group, or simply curious to see what others are working on, everyone is welcome.

All ages welcome (children under 12 must be supervised by an adult).
Visitors are welcome to view artists at work; no registration required.
Artists planning to attend and create onsite are required to register using the registration link below.

About our Featured Artist

Shanay Manitzky is a figurative artist whose work combines playful symbolism with thoughtful reflection, creating minimalist visual narratives centred on storytelling.

Manitzky holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching from the University of Auckland. She has exhibited widely across Australia and New Zealand and has been commissioned by Fraser Coast Regional Council to create permanent public artworks in Maryborough, Queensland.
