This exhibition is a journaled exploration of the bushland environment in Tinana, QLD, captured through a series of whimsical watercolour paintings and sculptural works.
While the exhibition presents as a personal and reflective response to time purposefully spent in the Paddock, it serves as a warning to adverse adaptation observed throughout vulnerable bushland.
Capturing the impact of human interference in natural ecosystems through uncanny characters, Helen Aland invites viewers to experience an immersive space both playful yet foreboding.
