Gatakers Artspace provides a range of creative opportunities for artists and the community — from artist residencies to workshops and the chance to sell unique handmade works in our Artisan Shop. More information can be found on our Studio page.

Exhibit

When exhibiting at Gatakers Artspace we offer:

• A selection of our gallery frames, plinths and display cases free of charge
• Our experienced curator and fully trained installation team will install your exhibition 
• A combined opening event with licensed bar.  
• Online marketing support through our social media channels
• Affordable gallery hire
• Artworks on display between 6 weeks
• Opportunity to hold workshops/artist talks

How to apply

Artists interested in exhibiting at Gatakers Artspace are invited to submit an expression of interest via the link below.

Expression of Interest to Exhibit

All applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified of the outcome.

Applicants can apply for a solo exhibition or as a group, and need not live or work in the Fraser Coast Region to be eligible to apply.

Details must include:

• A well-defined curatorial concept, theme, or artistic approach
• A detailed description of the proposed exhibition and its visual presentation
• A professional artist biography accompanied by a current curriculum vitae
