Reminder: The Hervey Bay Library has now closed at its Old Maryborough Road location as we prepare to move into our new home at the Community Hub on Main Street from 31st August.
The Makerspace is available to library members 12 years and older and contains 3D printers, sewing machines, vinyl cutters and more! We also offer two digital studios suitable for those wishing to create their own podcasts.
Users must acknowledge and sign the Makerspace Usage Agreement to access the Makerspace. The agreement can be completed by following the link below.
Use of equipment in the Makerspace requires patrons to complete a short Equipment Skill Check, outlining the correct and safe use of the equipment. From Monday 14 September, Equipment Skill Checks will be run during your first booking of each equipment type.
